Dianne Saxe, new EBR Commissioner in Ontario

I went to hear the New EBR Commissioner yesterday. Dianne Saxe was quite gloomy about the environment but hopeful because the guys with the money are now at the table of the discussions.

I wouldn't want to be a City Councillor in Toronto: Police comes and lobby you for an increase to their wages! Who do you call when that lobbying becomes too much? No body, you just cave in. I'd do the stupid thing and stand up to them. It's a good thing I rarely get elected.
