resulted in the main political parties now doing as the bulk of their
supporters want them to do. The introduction of spending limits has
resulted in all major political parties promising fairer elections, with
fewer wasted votes. Provincially, some provinces do have a cap on
political donations but some don't. British Columbia allows large
corporate donations and as a result, trophy hunting is allowed in BC,
despite the fact that the majority of people oppose it. Hunting organizations had given tens of thousands of dollars to help the main
